This website contains intellectual property (logos, images, site design, copyright, other) which are owned by TEFL Source and/or have been offered to us by our partners. Reproduction or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.  You hereby agree not to copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any materials found on this site.

This website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for any information, materials or other particulars of third party sites.  Please use other websites at your own risk.

The content and information on the pages of this website are subject to change. TEFL Source reserves the right to change prices or particulars of the products and services displayed on this website at any time.

You must be 18 years of age to purchase and register for courses sold on this website.


Payment & Registration

All courses and services on the TEFL Source website are displayed and sold in USD. For your convenience prices are converted and displayed in your local currency as well as USD.  Local currency is determined by the geolocation of your IP address. 

A confirmation message and receipt will be issued by email once payment is received. The confirmation details will be sent to the email address that was submitted during the checkout process.  You can also print and review your purchase, including course details, reservation number and receipt, directly from your TEFL Source account at any time.  All payments must be received in full before you are registered - we do not accept deposits.

Online Courses / Combined Courses / Specialized Courses:  You may start your selected course once you receive your log-in details (username & password). Log-in details will be sent out electronically within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) of receiving payment for the respective course fees. Please Note: In most instances enrollees can expect to receive login details within a few hours.

Online Courses with Set Dates:  Some online courses are delivered in a virtual classroom environment with live instructors. These courses do not permit students to log-in until the first day of class.

In-Class Courses / On-Site Courses:  We are not selling In-Class or On-Site courses at this time.  


Refunds & Cancellations

TEFL Source offers a 14 day refund guarantee on all courses displayed and sold on teflsource.com, provided no course assignments are submitted for marking or grading. Students who have already submitted assignments for marking or grading will not be eligible for a refund regardless of the duration.

Applying For a Refund:  If you would like to apply for a refund please write to us by email at [email protected]. We will acknowledge and deal with your request within 2 business days and the monetary refund will be issued as quickly as possible (usually within 15 business days).

Course Cancellations:  If the course you have registered with is cancelled or discontinued for any reason, prior to starting or during the alloted time given to complete the course, TEFL Source guarantees a full refund or voucher of equivalent value.


Understandings & Release

By using TEFL Source services you understand the following:  

Course Providers are businesses that train, prepare and certify trainees to ‘teach English as a second/foreign language’. TEFL Source is not a course provider, we are an authorized reseller of TEFL, TESOL and TESL certification courses. As such we sell 'English as a second language' certification courses with explicit agreements from the Course Providers. 

TEFL Source does not rebrand or alter course specifics or particulars in any way. All courses displayed and sold on this website are ‘one and the same’ as the respective courses that are sold and displayed on the Course Provider websites.  

As a customer you understand that TEFL Source is a reseller of TEFL, TESOL and TESL certification courses and purchasing courses through this Site is voluntary. TEFL Source assumes no responsibility for outcomes that arise as a result of your certification (example: job offers from third parties, work visas with foreign governments, travel mishaps, other).  We expressly exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Warranties     

Although we strive to ensure information on the TEFL Source website and marketing materials are accurate, some information and/or materials may contain inaccuracies or errors. We cannot be held responsible for misprints or changes that happen after printed contents are produced. 


Governing Law

This agreement shall be enforced and interpreted in accordance with the laws in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  By using our site or services, you hereby submit and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
